Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili Recipe
1 Tablespoon Sun Flower Seed Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Crumbled Tofu
2 Large Tomatoes, Chopped
3 Cups Vegetarian Baked Beans, Half Drained
1/3 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Fresh Shucked Corn
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Masa [Cornmeal Dough]
Directions for Vegetarian Chili Recipe
- Slice the tofu and cover it with a paper towel
- In a pan, saute the onions and garlic until tender
- Add in the tofu and cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add in remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes
